Working in an office setting can be compared to running in a race – all eyes are on the prize and competition is at every turn.

There are many different prizes that an office can uphold, but most people can agree that becoming the best at the job that you were trained to do is the best prize of all. But becoming the best requires many different things.

The best thing for anybody to do is to become the type of leader that everybody is aware of. Becoming this type of leader will create a chance for you to put your company first while bettering yourself.

This kind leadership is called servant leadership.

There are three important traits that can guarantee you to be noticed by your superior and respected by your coworkers.
