NOTICE OF THE 40TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the fortieth (40th) Annual General Meeting of SECU Credit Union Co- operative Society Limited will be held via Hybrid Arrangements (Both Physically and Virtually) on Saturday 16th July 2022 at 1.00pm at the NESC Building 2-4 Rivulet Road Point Lisas, Couva, (Physical) at 1.00pm. Due to safety concerns, physical attendance will be limited to Three Hundred (300) persons. The AGM is being held for the following purposes:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 39th Annual General Meeting 2. To receive and consider reports of the: - Board of Directors - Statutory Committees - The Audited Financial Statements of the Credit union for the year ended 31st December 2021.
3. To appoint auditors for the period ending at the conclusion of the next
Annual General Meeting 4. To declare a dividend for the financial year ended 31st December 2021.
5. To elect officers for the new term 2022/2023
6. To approve the 2022 budget 7. To approve the write off of bad debts 8. To transact any other business that may be properly brought before this meeting
Members who wish to participate in this AGM are required to pre-register on line through our website www.secucredituniontt.com. The Pre-registration period is July 02 to July 15th 2022. (12:00 Midnight) Members are required to have a device such as a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access to participate in the meeting. Only pre-registered members will receive the meeting link.
