Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) has been established as a non-profit and charitable organisation since 1986. The Association is a member of the Access/VSA International Network 2026 and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. With the vision of ‘Arts are for Everyone,’ ADAHK believes that everyone has the potential and talent for creativity and the right to enjoy the beauty and vitality of the arts. We are dedicated to providing holistic services to support the arts development amongst people with disabilities. We promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities to access and excel in the arts, and advocate for an inclusive society through the arts.

S.A.S. Dragon Holdings Limited remains deeply committed to corporate social responsibility through its ongoing support of education, healthcare, and community welfare initiatives. On the other hand, the Hong Kong Justice of the Peace Association works to uphold Hong Kong’s core values, fostering a harmonious and equitable society.
ADAHK Charity Art Competition 2026 utilises art to help pass down Chinese culture through creative expression while championing the spirit of inclusion. By bringing together participants of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, including young children, teenagers, seniors, and people with disabilities, to communicate and express themselves through art, making it particularly meaningful. Each piece of work carries unique stories and emotions, showcasing cultural diversity and the power of social inclusion.
The proceeds raised from this competition go towards nurturing emerging artists with disabilities. I highly commend this meaningful project, which not only offers development opportunities for talented people with disabilities but also fosters social cohesion, encourages the transmission of cultural heritage, and cultivates care and harmony within the broader community.

My sincere thanks also go to every participant and artist with disability from ADAHK. ADAHK is hosting its inaugural charity art competition this year, themed ‘Celebrate Chinese Culture through Art and Inclusion.’ This competition serves as a platform and invites participation from people of all abilities. Each participant, regardless of their background or ability, expresses their creativity through the arts, shares personal stories, and builds connections through various exchange activities during the event.
Beyond deepening participants’ understanding of Chinese traditions through the arts, this competition also reflects the spirit of inclusion and giving at every stage of the journey. We are especially delighted to witness a collaboration between award winners and artists with disabilities to create large-scale artworks. This collaboration transforms individual contributions into a collective creation, creating a vibrant, colourful, long scroll that celebrates Chinese culture, filled with energy and vitality
For the past forty years, ADAHK has been dedicated to fostering inclusive arts without regular government subvention. We aim to provide a platform for people with disabilities to unlock their potential and shine. The proceeds from this competition will be used to nurture emerging artists with disabilities, helping them take their first steps on their artistic journeys and supporting their long-term development towards a more professional future. In Hong Kong, securing resources for the arts is always a challenge. Therefore, we are deeply grateful to all sectors of society for their generous support, which allows us to continue our mission.

Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) proudly presents its inaugural Charity Art Competition, a celebration of the rich heritage of Chinese culture through the power of the arts. This competition invites participants of all ages to unleash their creativity using painting or digital art. The winners also have the opportunity to collaborate with artists with disabilities to create large-scale artworks, and selected outstanding works will be proudly showcased in the exhibition.
For four decades, ADAHK has championed the development of inclusive arts without regular government subvention, relying on the generosity of the community to sustain its mission. Application fees from this competition go towards nurturing young, talented artists with disabilities and supporting their professional growth.
The competition aims to provide an inclusive platform that deepens participants’ understanding of Chinese traditions while fostering appreciation for diversity and charity. 活動網頁 Website
