JOIN THE EMPLOYER PLEDGE We’re inviting employers to help our young people take their first steps into the world of work by offering job placements and/or work opportunities for 16-19-year-olds. Signing the pledge means actively supporting the Welsh Government’s Young Person’s Guarantee, ensuring that under-25s have access to education, training, or employment. Your commitment plays a key role in building a skilled and motivated workforce while demonstrating your dedication to social responsibility and workforce development.
By making the pledge, we will provide you with a learner on placement.
After a successful placement, the learner will have the opportunity to transition into a fully-funded apprenticeship programme with us.
