It is insufficient to simply give your employees clothes. However, business owners should take into account employees who require a lot of labor, such as maintenance engineers, transport drivers, and merchants. Providing branded polo sweaters in the summer is acceptable, but not in the cold. You can also request that your proprietor wear your sweaters or fleeces, but you won't get the advantages of wearing company-branded outfits. Entrepreneurs do have one answer, though: they should dress differently depending on the environment in which they operate. Additionally, it is advantageous for large corporations but costly for lesser ones.
