Tester Runtime The shop floor test runtime environment is designed to be extremely robust and self configuring. The operator display is clear and consice and operator feedback is via just 4 colour coded buttons ensuring operator familiarity no matter which tester is being used. The software is written to compliment all the product range making the solution both fast and efficient.

Management Seat This provides engineers with a powerful and intuitive graphical environment for managing the configuration and testing data.The end user can develop test sequences and define the system in terms of company, plant, zone, cell, test location, tester and vehicle model. Tester functions, updates, trials and monitoring are all easily implemented and a virtual tester is provided giving a simultion environment in which to try out changes. Diagnostic support is provided in terms of:  A remote real-time view of any tester operator display  Remote control of the testers  Viewing of tester event logs, current configuration and test results queues Numerous testers can be interrogated simultaneously.

Reporting A powerful web based manufacturing and quality assurance reporting tool known as Databse Reporter provides key parameter statistics relating to vehicle build.
