PART WAYS. THEY FORM THE ESSENTIALS OF A NEW BIENNALE OF SEUNG H-SANG

CONCERNING THE CURRENT STATE AND NEAR FUTURE OF CITIES OF THE WORLD THROUGH THE LENS OF PUBLIC INITIATIVES,
