Lido House Hotel Expansion Warner Group Architects
Location: Newport Beach, CA Role: Project Designer Duration: August 2024 - February 2025 This p project included a number of improvements to the Lido House Hotel including: an addition of a 1,270 Sq. Ft. meeting/breakout room and storage room to the existing ballroom, the conversion of 430 Sq. Ft. of existing covered arcade space into an interior hallway, converting an existing 400 Sq. Ft. covered outdoor dining patio into an enclosed interior dining space, a new 640 Sq. Ft. unconditioned outdoor glass pavilion structure adjacent to the hotel, and new gate enclosures around the lawn next to Newport Blvd. Assisted on the c creation of site plan, elevations, sections, and floor plans for each aspect of the design. I worked on exiting diagrams based on new paths of egress with new gate enclosures / glass pavilion and breakout room additions, submitted sets for permit review, revised drawing sets in collaboration with project architect based on the plan check comments. Built the new addition for the breakout room in SketchUp and worked through several iterations with the head of design at WGA based on commentary from the client.
Bay Street Apartments Warner Group Architects
Location: Santa Monica, CA Role: Project Designer Duration: October 2024 - February 2025 The Bay St Street Residence involved the renovation of an existing 4,500 Sq. Ft. multi-unit apartment building, with interior and exterior upgrades. My role was to assist in the development of the overall layout of the new apartment units and the exterior design in collaboration with the head of design at WGA. Additionally, I was responsible for creating the general sheets, site plan, first and second floor plans, elevations, door / window schedules, and building the Rhino model to help develop the over all design and generate renderings / elevations / perspectives using TwinMotion, and develop client presentations using InDesign.
Beverly Crest Residence Warner Group Architects
Location: Beverly Hills, CA Role: Project Designer Duration: February 2023 - November 2024 “Perched on the hillside of Beverly Crest, this expansive estate underwent a transformative renovation “Pe that seamlessly integrates contemporary luxury with timeless Mediterranean design. The scope of work included the expansion encompassing new interior spaces, covered loggias, and garages, alongside the creation of a tranquil spa and extensive landscape enhancements. This home, with its infinity-edge pool and terraced outdoor living spaces, redefines luxury while offering panoramic views of Los Angeles. The meticulous interior renovation balances classic charm with modern sophistication, offering an elegant yet comfortable retreat above the city.” - WGA Assisted on the renovation of an existing 15,300 Sq. Ft. Single Family Residence, and a 5,200 Sq. Ft. addition. My role included working to develop / refine the permit set and overall design alongside the project architect and team of architects, help coordinate with structural and interior designers, update the SketchUp model with changes to export renderings and elevations, develop client presentations, and conduct site visits.
Del Paso Country Club Warner Group Architects
Location: Sacramento, CA Role: Project Designer Duration: October 2022 - October 2024 “This p project emphasizes a seamless blend of classic elegance and contemporary luxury, creating a refined atmosphere for members and guests. The main lounge features rich wood paneling, coffered ceilings, and opulent chandeliers, exuding timeless sophistication. The social room offers a serene, light-filled space with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the lush surroundings. Custom millwork, elegant light fixtures, and curated art pieces enhance the overall ambiance, making it an inviting retreat for members. Our design not only respects the heritage of the club but also introduces modern elements that cater to the current lifestyle of its esteemed members. The result is a harmonious and luxurious environment that promises to elevate the Del Paso Country Club experience.” - WGA Worked in collaboration with the interior designer and project architect to develop the design, put together client presentations, and completed the permit set. Drew the site plan, existing / proposed floor plans, and interior elevations for Ladies Washroom / Locker Room. Built the SketchUp Model for the Social Room, Locker Room, Ladies Washroom, Lounge, and Lobby.
