The ANA continues as the premier resource for the acoustic neuroma community, informing, educating, and supporting those a ected by acoustic neuromas.
IN 2022 you made it possible FOR THE ANA TO:
...connect directly with 1,000+ new patients, providing them with our comprehensive educational material, including our Newly Diagnosed Handbook. We’ve also helped patients, many of whom have been recently diagnosed, engage with our nationwide network of peer mentors and patient support groups.
...enhance our series of webinars, virtual support groups, and our NOTES Newsletter, which bring together thousands of patients, caregivers, and leading medical experts. Meaningful partnerships throughout the medical community allow for superb insight and information to be easily accessible for patients and caregivers.
...fund more than $185,000 in active research through partnerships with USC’s Keck School of Medicine, UCLA, Emory University, UC San Diego Health, Mount Sinai, UC San Francisco, and Washington University St. Louis. This is a critical area for the ANA, with a focus on improving the lives of individuals living with an acoustic neuroma and finding an ultimate cure.
