The Emergencies in Clinical Obstetrics (ECO) course has been created from the most recent, evidence-based literature to train all levels of professionals to work together during obstetric emergencies. Version 3.0 includes two parts: 1. A 3-hour online course 2. A 3-hour simulated training session to provide the background for interprofessional team management of obstetric emergencies

The American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ABOG) has decided to allow providers attending simulation programs that meet specific criteria to be given credit for part IV of their Maintenance of Certification (MOC). The ECO course was designed with attention to these requirements and is eligible for this.
