PACC Tennis Summer Open Booklet 2026 by achievabledream

FRIDAY - SUNDAY

JULY10-12

Welcome

On behalf of An Achievable Dream (AAD), Princess Anne Country Club (PACC), and the event committee, it is my honor to welcome you to the 2026 PACC Summer Open Tennis Tournament. Now in its sixth year, this event is a testament to the support and generosity of the Virginia Beach community.

We hope you are ready for a weekend filled with exciting matches from elite tennis players, an unforgettable Salt & Citrus Soirée on Saturday evening, and the tournament finals on Sunday.

Beyond the matches and the celebration, this weekend is about something bigger: the students who are counting on us.

Every match played, every auction item purchased, and every dollar raised this weekend goes directly toward giving our Virginia Beach students the tools they need to succeed in school and in life. For our Dreamers, your support opens doors and makes dreams come true.

Thank you for joining us, and we hope you enjoy these three days of summer fun, all in support of our Dreamers.

Sincerely,

Lee Vreeland, Ed.D. President & CEO, An Achievable Dream

AN ACHIEVABLE DREAM

A “GAME-CHANGER” FOR STUDENTS

An Achievable Dream (AAD) is a nonprofit that partners with public school districts to jointly operate schools and level the playing field for students in under-served communities in Virginia Beach and Newport News.

Founded 34 years ago in Newport News as an after-school tennis and tutoring program, AAD has grown into a full K-12 model, educating the whole child through its unique Social, Academic, and Mindset Education (SAME) framework. Extended school days, hands-on learning, career prep, wraparound services, and a focus on soft skills and character development means every Dreamer is prepared not just for graduation, but for life.

338 Field Trips & Onsite Learning Experiences

When you support AAD, you're not just making a donation, you're investing in the future!

TO LEARN MORE, VISI

“When I became a Dreamer in the third grade, I didn’t fully understand what it meant. Over the years, I learned that being a Dreamer was about believing in myself, pushing past obstacles, and striving for greatness even when things seemed impossible.”
