I am an interior design student in IED Barcelona, passionated since my young age about architecture and design, I decided to dedicate my life in this path to better understand the spaces and create a better future through design. Appart from this passion, I am also very interested about psychology and human behavior which let me be a curious person looking for more experiences and learn more about what sourond us. I am always looking for beyond what everyone sees, which made me even more passionated about how spaces can change the world and our well being. Currently sudying Interior Design at IED Barcelona and open for new experiences, I am looking for an internship that will help me develop my expertise and my curiosity and allow me to collaborate while respecting time constraints and diversity of points of views. With high energy and a lot of ambition, I am hereby submitting my portfolio for a future unique experience. As far as I can remember, I have always been passionated about the world of design and loved learning every aspect and its complexity. The first project is about Botanika, a moroccan brand known for its large range of natural moroccan products. I designed a retail shop for the brand by first understanding the values and the brands identity. From there, a started to design the best interior space to demonstrate and visualize the brand by incooprporating the key element of the brand whihc is the argan seed. Then we were asked to imagine a new type of product that the brand could add to their line and I choose a unique hat made of argan tree fiber and a collection of glass from wood.

POINT OF SALE
The point of sale is a key element in the development of this store, creating a scene that not only visually explains the values of the brand but also has a unique function. Easily movable, functional thanks to an integrated bench but also a support for the products that Botanika has to offer. using here again the naturek products, the point of sale is made of raw wood, painted for some piece but also an exceptional material that is multed glass that will come to reproduce the explusive argan oil of the brand, placed under a light that will come to illuminate the piece. he multed glass is a material that has as a characteristic to absorb the light that thereafter can remain illuminated even by turning off the source.

THE BLUE FETUS
This project consists on renovating an apartment based in Barcelona (San Pere) for my client Frida Kahlo. My concept is «The Blue Fetus», a unique approach of the needs of my client, her style and her personality combined. Frida Kahlo is a unique artist had also have a lot of history, all of her paintings came from her feelings and her past. That is why I decided to use her biggest pain as it is her biggest inspiration : The fetus. A space where she will feel comfortable and loved, inspired and happy. A space where she will forever stay with her lost baby.

The biophilic capsule is a project that really inspired me, the goal was to renovate the IED offices to recreate a space where coordinators will feel comfortable and concentated at the same time. I decided to focus more on the well being and its impact on our work efficiency and chose to develop it through biophilia. Nowadays. work spaces are almost all the same, very white tones with simple design that will not attract our mind but what if we work as we where in nature ? Biophilia has always been one of the best ways to feel comfortable and relaxed.

LE CORBUSIER LA VILLA SAVOYE
La Villa Savoye by Le Corbusier is a project that helped me understand the architects techniques and unique taste. Reproducing the project into a 3D reality using the same materials and playing with the furniture. Le Corbusier has inspired me for a long time and mostly my leaning process during my studies, being able to perceive the interior as I was him, feel the textures, the space and everything that made him create the atmophere of Villa Savoye.

Based in Barceona, they have a unique element in their office which is a 12.5m long table that became known in the design industry in Catalonia. MAIO is an architectural office based in Barcelona and New York that works on spatial systems that permit theoretical positions materialize. The practice has developed a wide range of projects, from housing blocks or urban planning to furniture or exhibition design. MAIO is led by Maria Charneco, Alfredo Lérida, Guillermo López and Anna Puigjaner, architects based in Barcelona, that combine professional activities with academic, research and editorial ones.
