General Information Introduction Greetings from ACG School Jakarta, a member of the Inspired Education Group, offering excellence in Kindergarten to Year 13 education to over 95,000 students. Its international network of 125 schools, across 6 continents. ACG School Jakarta provides opportunities for students to grow in a safe, values- driven and forward-thinking environment. ACG School Jakarta is hosting our annual ACG Family BBQ 2026 on Saturday 29 August 2026 (1:30 – 4:30 pm) at ACG School Jakarta campus located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. Our ACG Family BBQ 2026 is a vibrant and popular annual event for both our own school community and the wider expat and local community in South Jakarta. It is a great day for the community to come together to socialise, eat and drink, and take part in a wide range of fun games and activities for all the family with a wide range of quality vendors gathered all in one place here at our wonderful school. The event provides the opportunity for brands to connect with existing and newly arrived Expat and local families in the form of event sponsorship and raffle prizes. Our sponsorship packages provide an exciting opportunity by which your brand could feature in our event. Through engagement in our sponsorship program, your brand will be exposed to an international community with around 36 nationalities. Our sponsorship packages provide a brand awareness platform for your company’s brand, through our online and offline event campaign and at the event itself with an anticipated attendance of 400-500 people from many expatriate companies and embassies. General Information Terms and conditions: Loading-in is carried out on Friday, 28 August starting at 07:00 - 11:00 am. Booth preparation must be completed no later than 12.00 pm on the same day. Please bring the necessary items considering that ACG School Jakarta only provides 2 chairs & 2 tables. Vendor will get a reserved parking space inside the school area Loading out starts at 6.00 - 9:00 pm Not allowed to sell food & drinks that are not HALAL Not allowed to sell food & drinks that are containing NUTS No smoking in the school area It is forbidden to sell ALCOHOL & DRUGS Identification card (KTP/Passport) / driver’s license are required to enter ACG School Jakarta
