In its 16th year, we have a great evening planned with curated wines and expanded to include bourbon, caviar, non-alcoholic beer, and additional high-end food from Atlanta’s best restaurant groups. It is a perfect way to kick off the ACG programming year. ACG Atlanta delivers an exciting mix of programming, including our distinguished content and networking events, our 25th annual M&A South conference in February, and the Georgia Fast 40 Awards celebration. We are continuing the traditional DealSource event in September and our Spring Summit in May. In addition to those general membership events, we feature targeted events for C-Suite executives, Emerging Leaders, and others. CIACCI PICCOLOMINI BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO NORMALE 2021 This 100% Sangiovese comes from the historic Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona estate in Castelnuovo dell’Abate, on the warmer southern side of Montalcino. The vineyards sit at 240–360 meters, on medium-grain soil rich in marl dating to the Eocene period, which lends the wine notable volume and sundrenched, ripe fruit character alongside classic Brunello structure. Aged 30–36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, the 2021 shows dried cherry, leather, lavender, and Mediterranean herb notes with fine, ripe tannins. Pair with bistecca alla fiorentina, wild boar ragù, aged pecorino, or other rich, slow-cooked Tuscan fare that can stand up to its structure and warmth.
CAPEZZANA TREFIANO ‘40’ CARMIGNANO RISERVA 2019 Made by Tenuta di Capezzana, this Riserva is a blend of roughly 80% Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo, sourced from a fivehectare parcel surrounding the 16th-century Villa di Trefiano in Carmignano, Tuscany. The vines grow on clay-shale soil (locally called “galestro”), giving the wine distinctive minerality and structure; Carmignano is unique among Tuscan DOCGs for its long-standing tradition of blending Sangiovese with Cabernet. Aged 18 months in French tonneaux, it offers ripe dark cherry, violet, tobacco, and spice. Serve with braised short ribs, herb-roasted lamb, or aged Tuscan pecorino.

ITALY – BAROLO & BARBARESCO
LUIGI EINAUDI BAROLO CANNUBI 2021 A 100% Nebbiolo from the celebrated Cannubi cru in the village of Barolo, Piedmont — one of the most historically significant single vineyards in the region. The Einaudi parcel sits at roughly 220 meters on grey-white Sant’Agata marl soil, rich in sand, clay, and limestone, which produces wines of elegance, fragrance, and long aging potential. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in barrique followed by large oak casks, the wine shows garnet color, dried rose, tar, and red fruit with firm yet polished tannins. Ideal with braised veal shank, truffle risotto, or aged Alpine cheeses.
PRODUTTORI MONTEFICO BARBARESCO RISERVA 2021 Sourced entirely from Nebbiolo grown in the Montefico cru near Neive, one of the most prized and lesser-known sites farmed by the Produttori del Barbaresco cooperative. The vineyard sits on active limestone (calcareous) soils similar to those of neighboring Montestefano, giving the wine a compact, mineral-driven structure with notable freshness. Aged 30 months in large Slavonian oak botti, the Riserva shows dried rosemary, crushed stone, black cherry, and firm, slow-maturing tannins built for extended cellaring. Pair with roasted game, porcini-stuffed pasta, or aged Toma cheese.

PAUL JOUARD CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET BLANC 2024 This 100% Chardonnay comes from Chassagne-Montrachet, on the southern end of Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, where the domaine farms parcels on the region’s characteristic limestone and clay-limestone soils. These soils, similar in structure to those of neighboring Puligny-Montrachet, give the wine its combination of racy minerality and creamy texture. Traditionally vinified in barrel with lees aging, it offers citrus, white flower, and flinty mineral notes with a long, saline finish. Pairs beautifully with seared scallops, roast turbot, or a triple-crème cheese.

CHATEAU BEAU-SEJOUR BECOT ST.-EMILION GRAND CRU 2022 A Bordeaux blend led by Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, from this Premier Grand Cru Classé estate on the St.-Emilion plateau. The vineyard’s limestone plateau and clay-limestone slopes are characteristic of the appellation’s finest sites, contributing structure, minerality, and aging potential to the wine. The 2022 shows dark plum, graphite, and violet aromatics with a rich, velvety mid-palate and firm, polished tannins. Serve with roast duck breast, lamb with rosemary, or a classic beef bourguignon.
CHATEAU BRANE-CANTENAC MARGAUX 2022 This Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant Bordeaux blend, with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, comes from the Second Growth (Deuxième Cru Classé) estate of Brane-Cantenac in the Margaux appellation of the Médoc. The vineyard’s gravelly soils, deposited by ancient river terraces, promote excellent drainage and are prized for producing wines of perfume, finesse, and silky tannic structure — Margaux’s signature. The 2022 offers dark cassis, violet, cedar, and graphite with refined, elegant tannins. Pair with rack of lamb, filet mignon, or duck confit.

LE VIEUX DONJON CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE ROUGE 2022 A reference-point Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Michel family’s 18-hectare estate in the southern Rhône. The 2022 blend is roughly 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault, aged about a year in old oak foudres. The vineyards sit on a classic mix of galets roulés (large rounded stones), sandy soils, and clay-limestone, giving the wine both power and finesse. Aromas of violet, black cherry, and garrigue herbs lead into a medium-tofull-bodied palate with elegant tannins and a spicy finish. Well-suited to roast duck, braised lamb, or herb-crusted game.
CHAVE HERMITAGE “FARCONNET” 2022 Produced under Jean-Louis Chave’s négociant “Sélection” label, Farconnet is 100% Syrah sourced from purchased grapes across three Hermitage lieux-dits: Les Diognières (alluvial, pebbly soil lending spice), Péléat (sandy, limestone-rich clay for finesse), and Les Greffieux (rolled river stones for structure). Named after the nobleman who sold the Chave family their first Hermitage parcel, it offers an accessible entry into the appellation while receiving the same rigorous winemaking standards as Chave’s estate wines. Expect smoky, mineral-driven black fruit with violet and licorice notes. Pairs well with grilled meats, venison, or peppered dishes.

SAUVIGNON BLANC COMPARISON
CHATEAU CARBONNIEUX BORDEAUX BLANC 2023 A white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon from Château Carbonnieux, a historic Cru Classé estate in Pessac-Léognan, Graves. The vineyard is planted on the region’s distinctive gravel-and-sand soils over a clay-limestone subsoil, which give the wine both aromatic lift and textural richness. Fermented partly in oak, it shows citrus, white peach, and subtle toasty, smoky notes balanced by bright acidity. Excellent with grilled oysters, roast chicken, or a goat cheese salad.
CONTINUUM ESTATE - SENTIUM WHITE - 2023 Produced by the Mondavi family’s Continuum Estate as the white counterpart to their Napa Valley flagship, Sentium is 99% Sauvignon Blanc with a small addition of Sémillon, sourced from organically farmed, decades-old vines in Mendocino’s Redwood Valley. Fermented and aged across concrete, neutral oak, and stainless steel with extended lees contact, the wine gains texture and depth beyond a typical Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatics of Meyer lemon, citrus blossom, and crushed stone lead to a layered, saline-tinged palate. Pair with grilled halibut, chilled shellfish, or fresh herb-dressed salads.

DOMAINE DROUHIN OREGON ROSEROCK PINOT NOIR ZEPHIRINE 20239 Zéphirine is Domaine Drouhin Oregon’s top barrel-selection Pinot Noir from their Roserock vineyard, located at the southern tip of the Eola-Amity Hills in the Willamette Valley, where the cooling Van Duzer corridor moderates the growing season. The vineyard’s ancient volcanic basalt soils contribute structure and mineral depth to the wine’s dark berry fruit, violet, and baking spice character. Crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Véronique BossDrouhin with the family’s Burgundian sensibility, it shows purity, elegance, and real aging potential. Serve with roast duck, mushroom risotto, or grilled salmon.
DOMAINE DROUHIN OREGON CHARDONNAY ARTHUR 20232 Arthur is Domaine Drouhin Oregon’s flagship Chardonnay, grown on the family’s Dundee Hills estate vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, planted on the region’s volcanic Jory and Nekia soils derived from ancient basalt flows. These well-drained, iron-rich soils, paired with the estate’s elevated eastfacing slopes, echo the Burgundian terroir that originally drew the Drouhin family to Oregon. The wine shows citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle toasty oak with bright acidity and a mineral-laced finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled halibut, or a creamy risotto.

CHAMPAGNE DELAMOTTE BRUT LE MESNIL BLANC DE BLANCS NV A 100% Chardonnay Champagne from Delamotte, sourced from the grand cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs — one of Champagne’s most prized sites for Chardonnay. The chalk soils of Le Mesnil, prized for their drainage and mineral reflectivity, give the wine its signature precision, tension, and long, chiseled finish. Expect notes of citrus, white flowers, and toasted brioche with fine, persistent bubbles. Pairs wonderfully with oysters, sushi, or a simple plate of aged Comté.

REALM CELLARS ‘THE BARD’ KING RICHARD II RED BLEND 2022 The Bard is Realm Cellars’ flagship Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant Proprietary Blend, typically over 70% Cabernet Sauvignon with supporting Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, named for a line from Shakespeare’s “King Richard II.” Fruit is drawn from a wide range of top Napa Valley sites spanning Coombsville to Calistoga and valley floor to hillside, giving the wine unusual complexity and dimension for a broad appellation blend. CONTINO GRAN RESERVA RIOJA 2017 This Gran Reserva comes from Contino’s single 62-hectare estate in Rioja Alavesa, one of the first Rioja producers to bottle exclusively from its own vineyards rather than sourcing grapes. The blend is roughly 82% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo, and 3% Garnacha, aged about two years in French oak. The estate’s hillside vineyards, sheltered on all sides, sit on the clay-limestone soils typical of the Rioja Alavesa sub-zone. Expect creamy vanilla, dark fruit, and dried herbs with silky, well-integrated tannins. Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, aged Manchego, or braised meats with rich, savory sauces.
AALTO RIBERA DEL DUERO 2023 Made by Mariano García (formerly of Vega Sicilia), Aalto is 100% Tinto Fino (the local Tempranillo clone), sourced from old vines aged 40–80 years across nine villages in Ribera del Duero. The vineyards span varied terroir, from stony red clay to free-draining, limestone-rich sands, contributing both structure and purity to the wine. Aged 18 months in French and American oak, it’s deep cherry-red with ripe dark fruit, spice, and toast, full-bodied yet fresh with silky tannins. Excellent with grilled or roasted red meat, rack of lamb, slow-braised beef cheek, game dishes, or aged hard cheeses.

CHENE BLEU ‘LE ROSE’ 2025 Chêne Bleu’s rosé is a Rhône blend led by old-vine Grenache Noir with Mourvèdre and Syrah, grown high in the foothills of Mont Ventoux at the crossroads of Gigondas, Côtes du Ventoux, and Séguret. The estate’s elevated limestone and clay soils — more typical of the Northern Rhône — give the wine unusual freshness and structure for a Southern Rhône rosé, aided by partial barrel aging. Pale pink in color, it shows citrus, red currant, and small red fruit with a long, balanced finish. Excellent with grilled shellfish, North African-spiced dishes, or a summer salad.
DOMAINE NORE GROS BANDOL ROSE 2025 This rosé from Domaine du Gros ‘Noré is a Mourvèdre-led blend with Cinsault and Grenache, grown on the clay-and-limestone hillsides around La Cadière d’Azur in Bandol, Provence’s most serious rosé appellation. Bandol’s appellation rules require a minimum of 50% Mourvèdre for reds, and the grape’s high proportion here gives the rosé unusual depth, savoriness, and aging potential compared to typical Provençal pink wines. Expect red berry, blood orange, fresh herb, and a distinct saline-mineral edge. Pair with grilled swordfish, bouillabaisse, or herb-roasted chicken.
GUENEAU SANCERRE ROSE - 2025 Made by Elisa Gueneau at her family’s estate in Sury-en-Vaux, this 100% Pinot Noir rosé comes from Sancerre in the Loire Valley, where the vines grow on stony, decomposed limestone soils locally known as “caillottes.” This chalky terroir gives the wine its characteristic mineral snap and chalky grip alongside delicate red fruit. Pale salmon in color, it offers strawberry, red currant, and citrus aromatics with bright, driving acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Serve with charcuterie, grilled halibut, or a niçoise salad.
