1. Do away with drinking because it contributes to developing unnecessary friendships with people who add no value to my life.
2. Eliminate video games on my phone by deleting the apps so that I can deal with addiction and the problem of spending more time indoors than outdoor.
3. Train my mind to have a positive attitude about my abilities as a way of eliminating negative emotions. A focus on my capabilities is possible through positive thinking, which can be acquired through personal training on what is good for my development.
Part B = 3 ideas
The battery is a source of energy and power that can be used for various purposes.
From the image, I can deduce the following attributes that I can link to happiness:
1. Power-a battery is a source power, which can be used to in radios or torch. I have to be a source of power behind my happiness.
2. The battery is also linked to light through its Energy-I have to light my life to enjoy it and feel happy.
3. For the battery to work, it must have the right energy Density- the source of happiness must also have a strong density for it to last for a long period. In this respect, I would broaden my sources of happiness to attain sustained happy life.
Part C: choose one best idea from above with justifications. From the above ideas, the following is the best idea
2. I would take much care of what is good for me rather than what the world expects of me.
The above idea was chosen based on the fact that the first step to true happiness comes from being content with what one is in life. Society's expectations burden individuals, leading to anxiety, stress, and even depression when one cannot meet the expectations. The other ideas are primarily taken care of in this idea (Wu, 2018; Plummer, 2012). For instance, reducing the number of unnecessary friends would be easily attained if I cared much about my welfare. However, reducing the number of friends alone would not push me to care about what is good for me than what society expects (Persily, 2013). The pressure to meet societal expectations is one of the stressors that deny people happiness. I have to overcome them and limit myself to what is within reach (Eberle, 2008; Cox, 2013; Serrat, 2017). Also, dealing with unnecessary interactions, friends, or appreciating, my capabilities are primarily taken care of the idea about focusing more on what is right for me. Consequently, to improve my happiness, I have to pay attention to what is right for me, and eliminate all sources of unhappiness.
