Charles Henderson, Global Head IBMX-Force Red, insists on Emily that formal education is important since it shows that you got the commitment and ability to face a challenge. She is confused about whether to get a degree or not since she has none. Charles insists that perseverance is key and that you give it your all will get you to where you want to be and what you want in life. Stuart McClure, the founder of Cylance Inc., points out that looking for the key that sparks the energy in you will give you the drive to keep pushing on. Never giving up on our struggles keeps us going therefore, it so important that we carry on no matter the downfalls.
