'• THE Pavilion handsome extensive and, in every respect, eligible residence situat.e on the north side of the Mall close to the City of Armagh. The Mall is admitt.edly the most healthy t,nd fashionable part of the City, and the Gro11Udsconnect.ed 1 th The Pavilion, when open to _the Public, formed the moat frequented promenade in the neighbourhood.

The Pavilion wa.sthe residence of the late Captain William W. Algeo, who sp 1d no expense or labour to render it perfect, in poini of convenience and beauty, and, t.owards effecting ~jects, expended, it is understood, £8,000 on it. The D ,,d i g-house is extensive and well situated. It comprises Hall and Entrance Hall, Parlour, Two Drawinglarge and lo~y, sever.I excellent Bedrooms numerous 0t hc1 ~partm. ents, and all the nsnal aecompaniments of a Gentlemon's first-class Country or Town Residence- In fro of the House there is • Vinery, and in the Garden, which is stefully biu out and well walled in, there is a goon Conservatory. .A.hand.some Area, before the Honse, diapjays'the best style of Landscape Gardening, ond the Avenue I, ing to the principal entrance (which opens on the Mall) winds through the trees which secnre to the House. though within a short distance of the Town, all the privacy of country residence.

The Offices, .isting of Coach houses Stables, Farm yard, and a Dairy, UJ ~ ualleclfor convenience, are situated behind the Honse, detached from it, and complet.ely out of view, and are connected with the Town by a road having no necessary conn ion with the Mansion-house and Grounds.

The House and grounds are in goodcondition ; the latter are of the best clay in Gravelled Walks, sltlrt.edwith excellent Timber Trees and Shrubs. From The Pav ilion view of the surrounding cotJitry, remarkable for its beanty. The City lies at the feet of t the other the Cathedral crowns the summit of the opposite hill. In the valley is the U!st,

loam, with both level and undulating surface, having their entire margin laid out owanls the east, they rise by a gentle ascent, from whence there is• commanding .spectator, and while he has the Observatory on one hand, at • short distance on Railway, with "view of the Trains arriving at and departing from the Terminns.

Armagh is well known as being one of the finest towns in the North of Trela, It is situat.e in the midst of a. peaceful, rich a.ndprosperonqcountry. It has three markets weekly, contains numerous and excellent shops, where every necessary may be he Its Endowed School has attained great celebrity. It is also an Assize Town, and has a Terminus of the Ulst.er Railway, by which access can be had in a few honra to lJubl or Belfast, and it is understood a network of Railways,partly completed and part!J ill progress, will shortly connect it with the principal parts of Ireland.
