Through encouragement and support, GOGA is designed to help physically inactive members of the local community to take those first steps towards a more active, healthy lifestyle. Programmes are inclusive and adaptable and include Tai Chi, Nordic Walking, and GOGA Fit.
INCLUSIVE SPORTS & LEISURE INITIATIVE The aim is to deliver an inclusive sports and leisure programme, designed to give disabled people living in the Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon area an equal opportunity to lead a fit and active lifestyle.
