ADVENTURE
The tour begins in Bergen, the historic Hanseatic city at the gateway to the fjords. From here, the route takes us deep into the stunning landscapes of western Norway along 426 kilometers (264.7 mi) of pure driving pleasure, where fjords, mountain passes, and sea views come together in a unique panorama. The actual driving time is about seven and a half hours, including the ferry crossing. From Bergen, the route first heads for Voss, a lively hub for outdoor and winter sports. The 100 kilometer (62.2 mi) distance takes about an hour and a half and already conveys a foretaste of Norway’s diverse scenery ahead.

The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is the most uncompromising model yet from the Affalterbach, Germany-based engineers, and showcases the brand's storied motorsport DNA with raw intensity. Its 4.0-liter V8 biturbo with a flat crankshaft puts out 730 hp and responds with a keenness that makes every inch of asphalt throb. The design is adopted straight from the AMG GT3: wide air intakes, a mighty carbon wing, and aerodynamics that actively manage airflow and keep this supercar impressively stable at high speeds. FROM LOEN TO ØYE
THROUGH THE ROMANTIC NORANGSDAL VALLEY
The next stage leaves Loen and passes through the impressive Norangsdalen to the legendary Hotel Union Øye. This 73 kilometer (45.4 mi) stretch takes about an hour and a quarter. Known as one of Norway’s narrowest valleys, Norangsdalen is an enclave of wild, ancient beauty where the full force of nature is in evidence: craggy slopes, houses built into the ground to protect against landslides, and the mysterious Lake Lyngstøylvatnet, formed in 1908 after a massive rockslide. Within its clear waters, the remains of the old road, gates, and foundations of former farms are still visible as a silent, almost mythical reminder of life long ago.
