All year round colourful soul food dishes where everything’s about taste and eating healthy. In her recipes Sharon de Miranda combines multiple culinary cultures like the Dutch, the Surinamese, Antillean and the Indian cuisine. She works with seasonal products and local produce where possible.

Sharon de Miranda was born in the Netherlands and partly grew up in Curacao. There she received a culinary education, which focussed on the South-American kitchen, and she completed her studies with courses in the French kitchen in Amsterdam. She finished up her studies in Amsterdam with focus on the French kitchen. She is the culinary host of a popular TV show in The Netherlands.
