The fantastic flavours of the Tel Aviv street food

Discover the rich kitchen of the Middle East Easy recipes

Tel Aviv is a colourful, cosmopolitan city. It’s a city filled with contrasts, aromas and flavours. 'Boker Tov' (= good morning) is the perfect introduction to that atmosphere as it brings the delicious Israeli street food to your kitchen. The recipes are filled with an abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables, and an explosion of flavours. Taste typical Middle Eastern dishes like baba ganoush and labneh, but also sabich (pita bread with fried aubergine), spicy dips and salad fatoush.

Lori Dardikman and Tom Sas are the heart and soul of Boker Tov. Thomas Swenters is the man in the kitchen. As former chef at the Upper Room Bar of the Jane, the Librije and De Godevaart, he creates the menu together with Lori Dardikman.
