The easiest way to eating plant-based meals

Vegetarian recipes for all occasions

There are an estimated 1.5 billion vegetarians globally and 40% of Europeans plan to eat less meat

25 years ago Paul Florizoone –before a die-hard meat eater– learned how to eat plant-based on a trip to India. He came back with many new insights: eating plantbased really wasn’t that hard or boring! This is how he came up the idea to start Greenway: a no nonsense restaurant where everyone can get a taste of the plantbased kitchen.

20 years later Greenway has become a household name for the vegatarian cook. In this cookbook Paul shares easy vegetarian recipes and inspiration from the plant-based kitchen.

Today Paul Florizoone is known as the man behind the Belgian veggie & plant-based brand Greenway. In the past Paul used to be a man who liked a good piece of meat. Until he travelled through Asia with several friends after his studies and had to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle out of necessity. Quickly he noticed that he didn’t miss meat, because the food is just delicious. When he came back to Belgium, Paul decided to keep on going with his meat free diet. His enthusiasm didn't stop there. He wanted to introduce the vegetarian kitchen to the rest of the world too. The start of a beautiful story.
