El pabellón de piscina dispone de una amplia zona de descanso con cojines de la mano del tapicero mallorquín Tomas Riera, así como de una cocina exterior con una barbacoa de leña de estilo argentino – situada detrás de la pared a la derecha – y de un toldo de vela hecho a medida. The pool pavilion features a large chill-out seating area with cushions by Mallorcan upholsterers Tomas Riera as well as a fully fitted outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning, Argentinian-style barbecue – situated behind the wall on the right – and a custom-made shade-cloth ‘roof ’.
Al bajar las escasas escaleras de la casa y las terrazas exteriores hay una piscina desbordante espectacular. Desde la piscina se puede ver el paseo de Santa Ponsa y el puerto Adriano con sus lujosos yates. Down a short flight of steps from the house and outdoor terraces is the spectacular overflow swimming pool. The poolside views extend over Santa Ponsa promenade towards Porto Adriano, with its large number of luxury yachts. 18

La zona de estar exterior tiene un look estratificado, repleto de estructuras. El gran candelabro en la parte derecha es de la mano del metalurgista local Toni Calafell. The outdoor living area has a layered look, with plenty of textures on show. The tall candleholder on the right was made by local metalworker Toni Calafell.
La mesa del comedor, de madera rústica, fue diseñada por Michael Roberts de Son Visos en Valldemossa, mientras que la zona de estar incorporada ha sido decorada con tejidos de la empresa local Tapicería Riera. Las lámparas suspendidas son canastas de gallina balinesas recicladas. The rustic wooden dining table was sourced from Michael Roberts of Son Viscos in Valldemossa, while the built-in seating is been upholstered in fabric from local textile company Tapiceria Riera. The hanging light fittings are recycled Balinese chicken-pen baskets. 32

En el dormitorio principal, la colcha satinada rosa y las sillas y mesas de madera, seleccionados por los dueĂąos de la casa, atenĂşan la elegante formalidad de la cama con dosel. Para marcar textura se han empleado otra vez paneles de madera clara. In the main bedroom, the glamorous pink satin quilt and tactile wooden stools and tables, all of which were chosen by the homeowner, offset the elegant formality of the pared-down four-poster bed. Pale wooden paneling is again a textural feature here. 42

Enmarcado por vigas grandes para mantener el carácter rústico de una finca, las salas de estar dan a las terrazas, ideales para cenar junto a la piscina o para reposar, creando así una residencia que incorpora las características de una casa contemporánea de playa como de una propiedad clásica de campo. Framed by huge exposed beams, respectfully retaining the rustic charm of a finca, the living spaces open out to poolside dining, lounging and terraces - creating a residence that is both contemporary beach house and classic country estate. 70
