While designer Yves Saint Laurent operated his fashion house in Paris, he had a long love affair with Marrakech. The city is home to Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech and its beautiful YSL Bookshop. The store draws inspiration from the designer’s Rive Gauche ready-to-wear boutique, which opened in 1966 with a striking design by architect Isabelle Hebey.
