How to Restore Backup Files in QuickBooks

If QuickBooks finds a corporation file with an equivalent name within the folder you specified, QuickBooks asks whether want to exchange the prevailing file. If you click Replace, QuickBooks erases the prevailing file and replaces it with the file you’re restoring. If you’re not certain you would like the prevailing file erased, click Cancel and provides the file you’re restoring a special name.
The company file is converted to a daily company file, with a .qbw extension (or a .qba extension if the backup was made up of an Accountant’s Copy). the corporate file and every one of its related files are stored during this location.
