With all of my heart, I believe we are living in the season of Israel’s salvation.

In Ezekiel 36, God promised us he would bring the Jewish people back physically to their land, then he would soften our hearts, and finally he would pour out his Holy Spirit on us. I can say unequivocally, the first two steps are happening. The Jewish people are back in the land of Israel, and hearts are more ready to receive the Good News than ever. Recent world events have only strengthened our belief that NOW is a time to press forward. As God begins to hasten the prophetic timeline leading to Yeshua’s return, the world’s attention will be drawn more and more to this astounding little nation in the center of the earth. Now is the time that God has destined for all things to be fulfilled as the Gospel returns to His chosen people in power –and you have a pivotal role to play!

In God’s wisdom, he has called for all believers, both Jew and Gentile, to partner together to see the salvation of Israel, as this will lead to life from the dead for the entire world (Romans 11). HATIKVA FAMILIES

HaTikva Families equips people to respond to the orphan and vulnerable child crisis in Israel through adoption and foster care and encourages the Israeli Body of Messiah to take a leading role in this effort. We guide couples through the government-run approval process for adoption and foster care, provide ongoing support to foster and adoptive parents, and train families and professionals in trauma-informed care. Additionally, we own an emergency shelter home for young children at-risk in Israel.

HATIKVA DENTAL

HaTikva Dental operates as the first and only Messianic non-profit dental clinics in Israel. As the only organization in the country providing excellent full-service, heavily-subsidized treatment to the needy, local welfare departments continue to refer patients to us, while understanding our open statement of faith.

HATIKVA AID

HaTikva Aid helps many Messianic believers each year experiencing acute financial crisis. Practical aid paired with proper vetting ensures financial support is used in the most beneficial way for the individual or family.

HaTikva Aid serves the elderly with in-home visits and practical support, while providing companionship and prayer.

hope for Israeli orphans

Of the more than 10,000 children removed from their homes by the Ministry of Welfare, only 25% are in foster care. The other 75% are housed in institutions. Israel has a history of institutional/ communal childcare, dating back to its founding, with communelike living (kibbutzim). The cultural norm has been to place children into institutions to receive government program care. Only in recent years has the country encouraged more familybased care, and to date, only 20 emergency shelter foster homes exist in all of Israel. The first, and only, Messianic shelter home is HaTikva House.

HaTikva Families equips families to respond to the OVC (orphan and vulnerable child) crisis in Israel through adoption and foster care and encourages the Israeli Body of Messiah to take a leading role in this effort.

We believe that caring for orphans and vulnerable children is a mandate for the global Body of Messiah and one of the purest expressions of the Gospel.

HaTikva House was created to be a safe haven that receives atrisk children any day, at any hour. A believing family lives in the home and is ready to provide a first landing spot for children in crisis. When they arrive, they will often be scared, unsure, and traumatized. We want them to know this sweet place of love and safety is because of God’s care for them.

Era’s Story

Era, a Holocaust survivor whose husband passed away many years ago, has many health issues and is confined to a wheel chair. Previously, she had a terrible experience with a dentist who extracted all of her teeth which then led to her developing an infection so bad she was hospitalized.

After receiving her new dentures from the HaTikva clinic, she was so thankful she could eat without pain, and she had such a positive experience! She was so touched by the personal and caring treatment of everyone at the HaTikva Dental clinic.

HaTikva Project operates the first and only non-profit, Messianic Jewish dental clinics in all of Israel, with clinics in Jerusalem and Haifa. Our generous partners make it possible to provide high-quality dental care for those in need by subsidizing the cost. Our clinics are 100% staffed by believers who are trained dental professionals, and every patient is presented with an opportunity to hear more about the Gospel.

HaTikva Aid practices the pure and undefiled religion of James 1:27 by meeting the needs of the vulnerable through direct financial support, meeting of day-to-day needs, and wrap-around companionship and care for the lonely and widowed. We help Israeli believers who are experiencing a financial crisis by pairing financial aid with the support of local congregations and financial counselors. Targeted programs meet the needs of Holocaust survivors and widows, single mothers, and families experiencing extreme financial hardship throughout the nation of Israel.

Reut VaTikva (translated “hope and companionship”) launched in June 2021. The elderly experience the joy of receiving home visits from loving HaTikva staff and volunteers. HaTikva teams offer companionship, prayer and support as we meet with widows, survivors, and the elderly in their homes. It is our great joy to display the love and hope of Yeshua to these precious ones.

COVID-19 has caused thousands to struggle financially throughout Israel. HaTikva Aid has helped care for many. One single mother in Jerusalem was recently abandoned by her husband and was already struggling to support herself and her children.

She had outstanding debt before the shutdown, and then she lost her job leading to an even more difficult financial situation.

HaTikva Aid helped pay off some of the debt and provided support to get her back on her feet. This is just one of many stories demonstrating how HaTikva Aid has stepped in to help single mothers throughout Israel.
