LIFE-CHANGING CARE

CARE IN TIMES OF NEED CARE THROUGH SICKNESS & HEALTH In June of 2020, I was contacted by my terminal manager who informed me that an employee’s wife had been hospitalized with pneumonia. Since this was during the COVID pandemic, the hospital staff was reluctant to allow me into ICU until she tested negative for the virus. I stayed in the ICU waiting area in prayer with the employee/husband until results came back.

RESTORING RELATIONSHIPS In June, a driver asked me to pray for his estranged son. His son had not spoken to him since the death of his wife 10 years earlier. I did pray for his son but was then able to reach out and make contact with him. I asked his permission to connect him with his father, and he agreed. I asked for God’s blessings over her and shared the Gospel with the two of them. Both she and her husband recommitted their lives to Christ.

Finally, the doctor was able to reduce some of her medications, and she began opening her eyes and responding to prayers and conversations by blinking. The very next day, she was off ventilators. Her complete recovery was swift, and she is back at home. I have stayed in touch with her and her husband, and they are very thankful.

has been in and out of the hospital and due to COVID the family was not allowed to be with her. I have been able to care for this entire family during this crisis leading to three salvations within the family. The mom is doing okay right now, but there is still room for progress.
