ANNUAL REPORT
A PARTNERSHIP OF CARE
CARE IN TIMES OF NEED STRUGGLING WITH HEALTH ISSUES... Within the past 4 months there have been two employees that started their jobs at Haycreek and then had major emergencies soon after starting. In both cases the employees, and their families, have been amazed, and publicly stated their gratitude, for the way Haycreek provided chaplaincy and other resources. FAMILY STRUGGLES... There is an employee who struggles with an ex-spouse over his children. Unfortunately this issue isn’t going to be solved for him anytime soon but he regularly uses me to vent off his frustrations so that he isn’t taking it out on his coworkers or family.
SPIRITUAL FEARS... One employee deals with a significant amount of guilt even though he is a believer. I regularly serve as a reminder of God’s grace to him and I regularly pray with him for God’s forgiveness and his ability to trust that God does forgive him.
These stories are redacted care session synopses from Chaplain Robert Terrell derived from from his chaplaincy interactions at Badger State Fruit and Hay Creek Pallet.
