OBJECTIVE ONE
We will develop national leaders to establish, strengthen, and expand the local church.
DEVELOPING NATIONAL LEADERS OUR LEADERSHIP FOCUS: » Plant 71 more churches in villages that do not have a Gospel presence (to reach a total of 100 churches planted by Reach Conference 2024) » Form effective church leadership development structure » Strengthen FBT and graduate 30 students » Help leaders start 50 micro-businesses through Vocational Training » Mold next generation leaders through 20 traveling camps
OBJECTIVE TWO
We will leverage existing churches and add more supporting churches to provide spiritual, emotional, financial, and tactical support for the Initiative.

We will recruit full-time global workers to join our pursuit of 190,000 disciples among 10 unreached people groups.
RECRUITING FULL-TIME GLOBAL WORKERS
OUR RECRUITMENT FOCUS:
» Have 15 interns spend 6-8 weeks with the Initiative
» Create a 1-2 year residency pipeline for equipping full-time workers
» Enlist 5 full-time global workers who will be within 6 months of deployment by Reach Conference 2024

We will launch The Deaf Project to reach the deaf population with the Gospel and connect them with caring communities of believers.
