Born in Mexico, he is widely known for creating groundbreaking landmarks thanks to his outside-of-thebox thinking, meticulousness, and passion for seeking unorthodox solutions.

With over 15 years of experience, Alejandro specializes in architectural design, interior design, and construction consulting and execution, with solid expertise in major real estate projects.

He approaches each project like a true artist - with care, passion, and special attention to the details. With his peculiar charisma along with his team of specialists, he has created iconic architectural works that have earned him local praise and several awards.

He holds a Bachelor in Architecture with a Minor in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA., and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

• FUNDADORES DE GOLF 11

Luxury two-story villa located in Fundadores Golf, Cap Cana, on a prestigious lot overlooking the Farallón, which, thanks to its location, allows for the best views of the ocean and golf course.

The villa has 21,527.82 sq.ft. of construction, featuring a diverse program that meets the client’s requirements in every aspect. Highlights include a home theater, play area, pool, guest house, and five spacious bedrooms.

All of the villa’s spaces were conceived based on the concept of a house floating in the sea, so the reflecting pools and the main pool surrounding the house become the protagonists of the architecture and the user experience, offering a relaxing and tropical atmosphere.

• RIO ARRIBA 12

Majestic single-family villa of 21,616.19 sq.ft., located in the famous area of Rio Arriba in Casa de Campo, La Romana, it is composed of three main levels, two levels for rooms and a level of social and support area that include a large living room, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, study, machine room and impressive pool area and water mirrors.

• DYE FORE NO. 01

Modern style villa with tropical atmosphere, the 35,491.20 sq.ft. single-family housing project consists of 5 rooms is located in the luxurious Dye Fore project at Casa de Campo, La Romana, overlooking the exclusive Dye Fore Golf Course, the villa is composed of two levels with spacious architecturally functional distributed spaces.

• DYE FORE 6

Dye Fore Estates 6, a villa with a modern style, where the tropical meets the avant-garde. Located in Dye Fore Estate, Casa de Campo, La Romana. ocupies a surface area of 14,948.92 sq.ft. distributed on two levels, consists of 5 rooms, service area and social areas.

• OCEAN 21

21 Villas with avant-garde architecture, three levels, 3 rooms of 3,875.01 sq.ft. each, located in the majestic surroundings of the Cap Cana Marina, is part of the prestigious Villas Marina residential project.

The project is located sinuously in the rugged topography characteristic of the region, transforming site challenges as an opportunity for the development of form and conformation of the spaces of the Villa. Likewise, the hipped roofs covered with wooden shingles outline a hill over the surroundings, thus blending in with the natural environment, leading element of the proposal.

The access to the Villa is through the ground floor where you are received by the social areas of the project, and as you descend from steps, the user is entering the spaces most intimate of the home.

The project is located on a plot of 18,302.30 sq.ft. and has approximately 4,000 sq.ft. of construction. The villa has four en-suite bedrooms, living room,

dining room, kitchen, terrace, guests bathroom and service areas.

• GREEN MOON RESIDENCES

It is an architectural response that unifies elegance with the creation of homes, an innovative model within the residential market offered by Cap Cana, using the Townhouses format.

The residential complex located on Boulevard Green Village, on a plot of 8,9824.83 sq.ft. comprising 20 single-family homes developed in 4 types of villas, creating diversification within a total of 7 villas that make up a harmonious architectural complex.

The spaces of each house reflect an open space concept in the social areas where circulation, lighting and integration of the exterior nature flow into the interior. They present their respective service areas, family study, 3 or 4 rooms each with their respective closets and bathrooms.

• MARALDA RESIDENCES

Located in Miches, Maralda Residences is a single-family home project located in a private development on lots ranging from 2,0451 to 25,833 sq.ft. It consists of three different types of three- and four-bedroom residences.

Each residence is designed with independent private access and features three and four bedrooms and one or two stories, varying by type.

Located on lot No. 1 of the Los Establos Ciudad Ecuestre project in Cap Cana. Composed of 3 rooms, functional social areas and with a high level of exclusivity in the architectural design.

Set of two-level villas with 2 and 3 bedrooms, located in Cap Cana, D.R. Designs were made for two types of Villas, Villa Agua and Villa Golf, designed on a 491,878.41 sq.ft. lot.

• BARRANCA OESTE NO. 12 RESIDENCE

Majestic residence located on lot No.12 in the luxurious Barraca Oeste area in Casa de Campo. It has 8 rooms aimed at providing a high level of exclusivity to its owners and visitors.

• PUNTA MAJAGUA 151ª

Innovative design, which seeks to apply new construction technologies due to the organic volumetrics and distribution that the project presents.

The factor of making organic shapes within the distribution of spaces allows you to enjoy the surroundings from the moment you enter the property, with views of the Caribbean Sea and the Punta Espada Golf Course being priority, both landmarks in the Punta Cana area.

In combination with the reflecting pools that surround the residence, there is the landscaping design that integrates the architectural volumes within the environment, introducing nature into the development of the project 41603.05 sq.ft.

• JUANILLO RESIDENCE NO. 16, CAP CANA

The luxury single-family home project is located in the privileged area of Playa Juanillo, specifically in the Beach Founders area, in Cap Cana, with a plot of 83,026.56 sq.ft., and an approximate construction area of 31,753.54 sq.ft. distributed in two construction levels and a basement.

• DYE FORE NO. 24

Contemporary villa located on a 27,501.791 sq.ft. plot in the exclusive Casa de Campo neighborhood in La Romana, with unobstructed views of the Dye Fore Estates golf course.

The project is developed in two two-story buildings, creating a majestic atrium that houses its most important areas. The multi-family home has six bedrooms and other social and service areas and covers approximately 20,738.18 sq.ft.

Contemporary style villa with clear views of the Dye Fore Estates Golf course located in the exclusive Casa de Campo development in La Romana.

The project is developed in two two-level warehouses, generating a majestic atrium that accommodate its most important areas. The multi-family home has 6 rooms and other social and service areas, and comprises approximately 17,770.25 sq.ft.

• TORRE AYRES

Torres Ayres of 358,327.56 sq.ft. seeks to make each space a relaxing experience, through details and architectural elements that allow the user to relate to the park.

The project strategy was based on two Siamese towers comprising 22 levels of apartments, each rising 106.19 meters high. They are connected by means of a base that respects the pre-existing urban edge in the context, in order to raise the houses of the complex, to obtain a disconnection from the noise and urban hustle and bustle. The facades of the complex propose to strengthen the “Forest of Life” as a landmark of the city, through a permeable wood skin and the elegant curve that enhances the movement of the terraces in the search for harmony.

• THE ONE AT CAP CANA

Located in the destination city of Cap Cana, on a 307,010.62 sq.ft. lot adjacent to the Las Iguanas Golf Course, it features an asymmetrical design with height variations in volumes and façade elements from three (3) to five (5) levels.

It offers 117 residences with one to three bedrooms, each with various layout configurations, amenities, and views.

• DEZENOVE RESIDENCES AT CAP CANA

It is located on the east coast of the Dominican Republic, within the exclusive tourist real estate and hotel development of Cap Cana. Less than 4 miles from Playa Juanillo and less than 3 miles from the Punta Espada Golf Course, on Yarari Boulevard.

The project deals with a multi-family housing building made up of three volumes arranged as small towers, which house a total of twenty-nine (29) apartments, located on a 34,078.10 sq.ft. plot.

Within the project, three (3) types of apartments will be developed: Type Apartment with two (2) rooms plus a service room, which has a variation in terms of space for terraces and gardens corresponding to those of Level 1. Likewise, It develops an apartment type with three (3) rooms plus a service room and the Apartment Type PH, with two (2) rooms plus a service room.

• LA ARBOLEDA RESIDENCES

The project is made up of 19 buildings of 4 levels each with a terrace, with a total of 152 apartments.

It is located in the Las Canas area and occupies 259130.38 sq.ft. of the 367-15-Refundida-32 lot (portion 1) of the Cap Cana real estate project in Juanillo, Jima Jaragua section, Higuey Municipality, La Altagracia Province.

Designed with careful landscaping. La Arboleda Residences offers security and tropical breezes with all the facilities, amenities and services that define a lifestyle, including common areas such as swimming pool, Jacuzzi, event room, gym and closed children’s area.

• ULTRAVIOLETA BOUTIQUE RESIDENCES

Located in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, composed of 21 luxurious boutique apartments, it has a Roof-Lounge and a swimming pool located by the sea, the apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

• LAS VENTANAS RESIDENCES

Set of 5 buildings with three levels designed on a 193,349.97 sq.ft. lot, each building has 18 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

• KUADRA RESIDENCES

Beautiful towers located in the exclusive area of Piantini, Santo Domingo. 16 floors each and apartments of 4434.73

sq.ft., private elevators and service elevator, also has a swimming pool, gym, BBQ area, multipurpose room, children’s area.

• NAO TOWERS

The imposing Nao Towers are located in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, it has a construction area of 193,750.39 sq.ft. designed to be a reference, it has an infinity pool, bar, restaurants, spa, beauty salon, gym, children’s area.

These exclusive 15-story residential towers offer a unique and limited opportunity for the privileged who choose the property.

• SOTOGRANDE AT CAP CANA

Beach Condos, Studios, Lofts with 2 and 3 bedrooms, is an exclusive project within Cap Cana that incorporates exclusive views of the beaches and Las Iguanas golf course.

Located in Santo Domingo, with a construction area of 258,333.85 sq.ft., it is part of a mixed-use complex, made up of the hotel itself, the Blue Mall shopping and entertainment center, plus a corporate office.

The hotel has 150 rooms and suites with their public areas, a casual restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar. The hotel’s convention area includes a 3,767.37 sq.ft. function room, 4 meeting rooms and a business center. Its recreational areas include an outdoor pool and terrace area, a spa and a gym.

• THE ST. REGIS CAP CANA RESORT & RESIDENCES

Located in the exclusive city destination Cap Cana, on the eastern shores of the Dominican Republic. With views over the Caribbean Sea, the property sits with the world-renowned Punta Espada Golf Course. It is the first St. Regis hotel in DR, where vanguard, discreet luxury and bespoke service are the core values of the Brand.

The architectural design is inspired in the layout of a golf course, rising up to six stepped stories with green roofs seeking to blend in with its surroundings. With horizontal yet sinuous

forms, the building is placed so that all of the beautiful views that the land has to offer are seized to the maximum.

The project has 200 hotel keys and 68 residential units, and approx. 1,345,488.8 sq.ft. of construction area. It offers all of the signature brand amenities such as Ballrooms and Meeting Spaces, 3 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Rum and Cigar Club, Iridium Spa, Fitness Center, 4 separate pool areas and a private beach.

• ELEMENT LOS ESTABLOS

With approx. 11,500 sq m., this extended stay hotel is located in Los Establos Cap Cana, a state-of-theart equestrian center. With its pure and sleek forms juxtaposed with materials such as wood, dark and aged metals and glass, the design seeks to blend in within the surrounding Polo field. This project has a mix of a modern architecture with warm and subtle rustic finishes that serve an equestrian theme and seizes its landscapes.

It has 103 hotel keys, 2 independent lobbies that cater to the hotel and mid-sized event venue. It hosts several amenities such as 300 sq. m Meeting Space, Business Center with a private meeting room and open plan workstations, a Spa, Gym and Dining Area. In the outdoor areas, it has a swimming pool, two lakes, and a horse-riding path that connects with the rest of the Equestrian Center of Los Establos.

• ENCUENTRO BEACH VILLAGE -BUNGALOW

The project located in Cabarete, Puerto Plata, is a beach complex that combines different uses, such as 718 hotel rooms, 248 residential rooms, a beach club that houses restaurants, shops, a spa, and other service areas.

It is located on a plot of 1,484,515.89 sq.ft., with a construction footprint of 426,604.23 sq.ft., and a density of 70.05 inhabitants / ha (966 rooms on 13.79 hectares).

• EDEN ROC AT CAP CANA

An exclusive gated and residential community surrounded by an ecological wonder, the ultra-luxury boutique hotel offers a unique type of vacation experience focused on privacy, well-being, serenity and romance. Located on a beautiful beach, it has 32 suites, 2 villas, spa, fitness center, 4 restaurants, 3 bar, conference room.

• JARAGUA REINASSANCE HOTEL

Located in the heart of one of the oldest cities in America in addition to being located on the boardwalk, it offers the best view of the sea in the entire city, modern facilities with 300 rooms, outdoor pool, club and tennis court, exuberant tropical gardens and gym. 13 fully equipped meeting rooms, and the largest casino in the Caribbean, gym.

• RINCON BAY HOTEL AND RESIDENCES

The project is a Boutique Hotel located in the paradisiacal Bahía de Playa Rincón, on the Samaná Peninsula in the north of the Dominican Republic. It has a density of 108 keys and a total of 132 hotel rooms. It is also equipped with luxury services such as Wellness Center, Restaurants, Lounge and Pool Rooms, Bar, Spa.

The intention behind the location of the tourism project was to give prominence to nature, posing different bungalows among the extensive

tropical forest vegetation characteristic of the place. As well as the gesture of the curved and organic ceilings inspired by the natural heritage that surrounds them.

Water and wood are key elements within the design which together form the perfect balance to provide calm, relaxation and harmony just a few steps from the shore of the beach.

The exclusive NH Punta Cana hotel located just minutes from Playa Bávaro, has 66 rooms, Italian restaurant, outdoor terrace, gym, Bar and Shops.

• NH HOTEL PUNTA CANA

• BREATHLESS PUNTA CANA RESORT & SPA

With an area of 193,750.39 sq.ft. and a construction area of 559,723.34, it is located in Ubero Alto, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This luxurious hotel has 750 rooms, 11 modern gourmet restaurants, 9 exclusive bars and lounges and an avant-garde Spa.

• THE COVE

Located in Playa Diamante, Hotel and Beach Club, Tennis Club, Spa, Villas and Residences, is what this 25-room master plan, located in Río de Cabrera, contemplates; a magical place surrounded by the intense blue of the sea and abundant and exuberant vegetation.

• THE POINT PUNTA CANA

It is located on the east coast of the Dominican Republic, within the City Place complex in Punta Cana, in the province of La Altagracia.

The mixed-use project (condo-hotel, commercial, and business) is located on a 110,798.31 sq.ft. (1.03 hectares) lot. It consists of two buildings located on the perimeter of the plot, each demarcated by a small plaza in the center that serves as a distribution point between the various access points and uses.

The entire complex plans to develop approximately 31,775.60 sq.ft. of commercial space, 60,607.38 sq.ft. of business space, and seventy-six (76) condo-hotel suites, thus representing a tourist density of 73.83 rooms/hectare.

• LAKE DISTRICT 5

Located in the Las Canas area of Cap Cana, the project is conceived with a contemporary architectural concept. The building covers a total area of 4,6018.94 sq.ft., distributed over five above-ground levels for commercial spaces, and an underground level that houses 156 parking spaces.

The five upper levels house a total of 94 retail spaces, designed for gastronomic, commercial, and corporate activities. Each floor incorporates technical and logistical service areas, aimed at ensuring the complex’s operational capacity.

• LAKE DISTRICT 5

The design includes meeting rooms and conference spaces, as well as panoramic outdoor terraces offering open views of Cap Cana’s natural surroundings. On the upper level, the project features a social rooftop that integrates a climate-controlled lounge and open spaces for recreational activities, thus consolidating a comprehensive approach that combines functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
