SHED is a powerful contemporary dance-theatre production from Northern Rascals. SHED Curtain Raiser: Pint Sized Feet: Excerpt from Reviving Her

Building on from the third story of SHED, 'Pint Sized Feet' is a remembering of the freedom of the child self Performed by 3 dancers (who first met last Friday!), the trio looks at the freedom, playfulness and the joy found in being young Dancers: Petronella Wiehahn, Millie Packham, Katie Pritchard

Northern Rascals Anna Holmes and Sam Ford

Northern Rascals are a multi-disciplinary performance company based in Yorkshire. Led by Anna and Sam, the company is driven by social conscience, the company uses theatre and contemporary dance to lead audiences to original narratives rooted in the current sociopolitical climate.

Nationally recognised, the company is renowned for their raw yet poetic interpretation of today’s world and the people that inhabit it and celebrated for their dedication to using Northern voices to spearhead that poeticism

Dance Artist Andrew Scott

Andrew began his training on the CAT Scheme at dance city at the age of 14, he then did his BA at London Contemporary Dance School to then do his MA at Northern School of Contemporary Dance (VERVE) Since then Andrew has been touring his own work ‘in-between all of this’ around the U K He has also been working with Kor’Sia in their latest production ‘Mont Ventoux’ touring around Europe As well as restaging and teaching past works in England and Switzerland

Dance Artist Cato Kendall-Muniesa

Originally from Bristol, Cato began dancing with Rise Youth Dance Company. He then did a year in London with Balletboyz Dancers Course, before completing his training at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Since graduating, Cato has worked professionally for Karma Dance CIC, NoSleep Dance Theatre, Gary Clarke and Space2, Gary Clarke Company, Ironstone Productions, Rachel Clarke Dance Company, Box Artist Management and Holly Blakey

Dance Artist Grace Ford

Grace is a professional dance artist who grew up in South London (Croydon) Training at the Brit School from the age of 14, she then moved to Leeds and trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Grace is now a freelance dance artist. She has had the opportunity to work with: John William Watson, SAY, Rachel Clarke and many other artists. Grace has loved becoming Northern Rascals' rehearsal director and loves being able to teach around the UK with NYDC and other companies. She loves being involved in many different ongoing works as it makes her grow, indulge and meet incredible, passionate creative artists.

Dance Artist Ella Roberts

Originally from South Devon, Ella began dancing at Swindon CAT scheme She joined NYDC in 2017 and worked with Sharon Eyal and Botis Seva During her training at NSCD, she took part in an R&D with Akram Khan Company, which led to an apprenticeship for the creation of Jungle Book: Reimagined Ella graduated from Northern School of Contemporary Dance in 2022 and joined their postgraduate company VERVE During VERVE she got to work with Faye Tan and KORSIA Since raduating Ella worked for Night People Events on their new work Aphrodite House Party

Production Manager Adam Goode

Adam is a Northern based freelance theatre technician and production manager, passionate about the intimacy of interpersonal story telling. He has been in the technical industry for 3 years learning during his training at NSCD, where he met the team at Northern Rascals and has had the privilege of production managing both SHED and Sunny Side tours. Adam has also had the chance to be a theatre technician and lighting designer for ‘Don’t get me Wrong’ performance at The Hen and Chickens Theatre, Highbury & Islington. More recently working for Leeds Beckett designing the lighting and facilitating the spaces for their final year BA’s and MA programmes graduation work’s.
