The entire 16-acre campus will feature architecture inspired by the connection between the historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood to the east and the foothills and open space to the West.
The newest Academy Boulder community will include 91 unequaled, elegant residences with 45 different floor plans in six different building types all with curated services and amazing views. Phase lll of the campus will feature an onsite skilled nursing and rehab center and a separate memory care community.

Executive Chef, Alberto Sabbadini, creates a variety of organic and locally sourced menus. The Academy dining philosphy is to offer a variety of experiences - all inspired by wellness and healthy living. Leafy green vegetables, fresh fish, and whole grains - to support the overall health and wellness of Academy residents.
Academy wellness programs such as yoga, meditation, brain fitness, water aerobics, balance training, and more are based on the individual resident’spassion and fitness level. The on-site fitness center will feature the latest exercise equipment and personal trainers who are dedicated to working with older adults. The indoor, heated pool provides a variety of exercise programs in the water year-round!
