International Day of the Girl Summit On Tuesday, October 10th, BALI had the honor to attend the International Day of the Girl Summit at the United Nations Headquarters. Ten of our trainees accompanied our staff members to hear Girl Advocate perspectives and Girl Activists already making a change. The theme was “Invest in Girls’ Rights: Our Leadership & Wellbeing.” We applaud all the young leaders making a change and thank IDG for the crucial work they do giving a platform for the youth.
