Many of us have a vision, an aspiration or a goal of where we would love to be in 2023. The Bible gives us a picture of where we ought to be. May be, the Lord has also given you a personalized prophetic word about your destiny and portion in His kingdom. So, how do you get to that place?

Writing to his spiritual son, Timothy, the Apostle Paul reminded him about the multiple prophecies that had been spoken over him concerning his future. He advised him on what to do about them saying, “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightiest war a good warfare” (1 Timothy 1:18)

One of the most intriguing things about man is that he loves to be rewarded for what he has done. Rewards motivate him to keep going on. The Bible says, “While the earth remains, seed time and harvest time, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” (Genesis 8:22) This means that there is a reward for everything you do under the sky.

Every man that is loyal and faithful to God attests to His faithfulness. This is in line with Hebrews 11:6 which tells us that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. The seeds you sow in the kingdom of God, will return a harvest in due time.

God loves us so much and is out to reward us if we diligently seek Him wholeheartedly and find comfort in His unfailing promises to us. For this reason, He gave us His word that’s full of His promises, to make us live a life of glory.

In Isaiah 45:19, God says, “I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, seek me in vain; I, the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.” Since God has assured us of a reward, our hearts can rest as we labour in Him, enjoying His blessings of peace, love, divine health and so much more.
