QUINTESSENTIAL BRITISH ART The studio is founded and led by British artist Omar Obaid. After leaving his corporate role to pursue his dream of becoming an independent artist, Omar gained a strong reputation for his unique abstract style and mark-making techniques, growing a loyal collector following on a global scale.

Abstract House was born as a studio to house Omar’s original artwork and we have been privileged to work with incredible clients including some of the world’s leading designers.

OUR HERITAGE Artist Omar Obaid began selling his original paintings and quickly grew a loyal collector base in 39 countries around the world, including the UK, USA, Singapore and Australia. Omar’s work caught the eye of US architects KGA Design working on a new 550,000 sq foot exhibition centre from the owners of Ceasar’s Palace. This was one of many large-scale commercial projects Omar was commissioned for, and his work has appeared in numerous projects and on TV including Channel 4, Bravo Million Dollar Listing NYC, Suits and more.

Our collection is exclusively designed by Omar and produced by our dedicated in-house Framing & Production Team in our Isleworth, London HQ.

SUSTAINABILITY Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Pioneers in our field, in 2019 we became the very first art gallery to introduce zero-plastic and 100% recyclable packaging for art and picture frames. Our signature collection is UK-leading, championing British craftsmanship, with our eco-friendly range using FSC certified materials and real solid float glass instead of plastic or perspex.

In 2023 we launched our very first Environmental Impact Report defining our pledges to support the environment and pursue a path to Net Zero.
