Mumbai: Fire engulfs office building, several killed A fire in Indiaʼs financial capital of Mumbai has killed at least 14 people. According to authorities, most of the casualties were part of a group celebrating a birthday in the buildingʼs rooftop restaurant. Indian authorities said the fire had erupted at around 12:30 a.m. local time (1900 UTC/GMT) on Friday morning in a restaurant in Mumbaiʼs Lower Parel area.
