Data Surprises Analysts In August, inflation in Hungary fell to 3.4%, much lower than the 4.1% level measured in July. The pace of monetary deterioration has slowed more than analysts had expected. However, they warn that inflationary pressure has not entirely disappeared from the economy. 3
