W. Mason Dunn is a bestselling author and writing consultant who is passionate about spreading the Gospel through her writing. A devout and God-fearing Christian, Author Dunn uses her mastery and art of writing to give testimony to God’s love for us. She has published 5 Christian fiction books and 2 Bible Study journals, with more books in the works.

Author Dunn is a highly trained and accomplished human resources professional. Prior to writing full time, she was employed at Florida A&M University for eight years. Before joining the staff at the university, she worked for 12 years as a higher education counselor for the military while traveling with her husband before he retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of service. Her personal and professional experiences heavily influenced and contributed to her literary works inspiring her to document what God has done for her through the good times, the bad times, and the ugly times.

The Call To Write

In her younger years, Author Dunn participated in many writing and speech competitions. She traveled to her home state of Louisiana participating in numerous contests, winning many of them. One of her most memorable competitions was the “Voice of Democracy Contest”. She was originally interested in journalism until she took her first accounting class in college, which catapulted her career in a different direction. However, inspired by her sister, award-winning playwright and screenwriter, the late Judi Ann Mason (Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit, A Different World, and I'll Fly Away), Author Dunn never lost her love and passion for writing.
