Enter at the gate near 1 Street and Hazeldine Avenue SW. The Rail Yards Parking Lot is limited to 282 spots and we are expecting over 500 guests. Carpooling and arriving early are strongly encouraged.
Additional parking is available in an open lot located off of 3 Street SW and Santa Fe Ave SW. A limited number of golf carts will be available for rides to the Check-In entrance. rd
There will be three check-in lines organized by last name at the entrance to the Plaza. Please pick-up your name tag and enter the Plaza for the event.

Passed appetizers will be served prior to the tapas buffets opening at 6:00pm. Guests will have access to three tapas buffet stations and three bars along with four water stations. The tapas buffet spread includes something for everyone—including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free items.
Restrooms are located in the Flue Shop (ADA accessible) and on the west side of the Plaza.
A parking map and restroom map are included on the next pages for reference.
Before you leave, please fill out a Happy Retirement Randy! card at your table to share your best wishes. Then return your name tag where you picked it up and take a late night snack and copy of our new booklet, A Building Rooted in Community. Snacks and booklets are first come, first served.
