Happy New Year!
I hope you had some time during the holidays to spend with family and friends and also had a chance to re-charge The new year has traditionally been a time to take stock, review the previous year and then reset I don't always take the time to do that
This year, when I reflected on this past year, in spite of all of the uncertainties in the world, I celebrated three significant events in our lives - our daughter moved back to Maine and bought her first home, we welcomed our first grandchild and our youngest son was married.
When it comes to real estate, it is equally valuable to take stock and reassess. The Abode Group has done just that and I want to share our overview with you, as well as our thoughts on what the real estate market might be in 2025.
