RATES
Rates shown are in U.S. dollars, and subject to change. Rates include accommodations, gratuities, port charges, taxes, and shipboard services such as entertainment, daily housekeeping, and luggage handling. Residences will be assigned 45 days prior to embarkation. Not included in your rate are: air transportation, transfers, optional Destination Experiences, dining ashore, dining on board, accommodations while ashore, laundry or valet services, childcare, and spa or salon treatments.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To reserve your voyage, a 25% deposit of the total rate is due within 7 days of the date the reservation is made. The balance of the total rate is due no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation. Special payment terms apply for bookings made within 60 days of the embarkation date. Reservations are subject to cancellation if the applicable payments are not received when due and are guaranteed only when payment is accepted. Payments may be made by check (U.S. funds), wire transfers, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club.
CANCELLATIONS
Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, please have your travel professional contact The World ’s Guest Services Department by telephone as soon as possible and subsequently submit your cancellation in writing. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation will be subject to the following charges:
• 90 to 46 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation: 25% of the voyage rate.
• 45 to 31 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation: 50% of the voyage rate.
• 30 to 0 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation or non-appearance on the scheduled date of initial embarkation: 100% of the voyage rate.
No refunds, credits, or other payment adjustments will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation of your passage on board the Ship after the commencement of same. Transfers, extended land programs and pre-booked
Destination Experiences that are canceled within 30 days prior to the scheduled date of initial embarkation are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
We cannot guarantee that a particular Residence(s) will be available, even if previously confirmed at the time of booking. All Residences are rented on the condition that the Guest may be transferred from one Residence to another. In that event, every effort will be made to provide as nearly comparable a Residence as possible. If a comparable Residence is not available, any difference in the published rate will be refunded.
