In the recent years, there has been a lot of awareness focused on the need for improved fire safety products used on buildings, including balconies. So much so that new regulations have been brought in that ban the use of combustible materials in external wall systems and balconies in residential buildings.

Our aluminium balcony decking is manufactured from aluminium which makes it naturally fire resistant and non-combustible. They are class A2-s1, d0 fire rated and are noncombustible.

This fire-resistant balcony decking is light in weight, yet high in loadbearing capacity meaning it requires less supporting steelwork than heavier materials, thereby significantly reducing costs.

› Length: 4 & 6 metres › Width: 120mm › Depth: Choice of 20mm and 30mm › Each plank can be cut to size along the width to fit the designated area.

FINISH:

› Finished with a heavy-duty powder coating finish which is available in textured grey and textured sand.

› 100% aluminium (30% of which is recycled aluminium).
