CommitteeStructure:
Volunteer Jobs
Start Working
President: Responsible for overall coordination and supervision of the organization.
Vice President: Assists the President and takes charge in their absence.
Treasurer: Handles budget and financial matters of the organization.
Secretary: Manages communication, records, and documentation.
Event Coordinator: Plans and organizes events and activities for the cats. Outreach Coordinator: Handles communication with other organizations and promotes its mission.
Veterinary Liaison: Collaborates with veterinary clinics/hospitals for medical needs of the cats.
RecruitmentProcess:
Announcements: UKM will announce recruitment drives at the beginning of each semester.
Application: Interested students can fill out an application form stating their motivation and relevant experience (if any) with animals.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the committee to assess their commitment and dedication. An expert will be there.
Selection: The committee will select volunteers based on their suitability and passion for the cause.
Volunteers'Jobs:
Feeding: Ensuring the cats have regular access to food and water.
Health Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the cats' health, noting any changes or signs of sickness, collecting data of the cats for the cats’ profile.
Promoting: Promote the organization and invite others to help cats.

Medical Care: Taking sick or injured cats to veterinary clinics for treatment.
Shelter Management: Ensuring the cats have safe and comfortable shelter areas.
Grooming: Providing grooming and hygiene assistance to the cats.
RulesandPolicies:
Commitment: Volunteers are expected to be dedicated and punctual in their assigned tasks.
No Harm: Volunteers must treat the cats with respect and kindness. Any abuse or harm is strictly prohibited.
Communication: All volunteers must maintain clear and effective communication with the committee and each other.
Health Precautions: Volunteers should follow necessary health precautions when dealing with sick animals.
CampusRegulations: Volunteers should abide by all campus rules and regulations while carrying out activities.
Training by Veterinary Expert: After the volunteer selection, the chosen volunteers will be training conducted by a veterinary expert. The training will equip them with essential knowledge and skills required to handle and care for the cats effectively.
The training process ensures that the volunteers are well-prepared and have a good understanding of how to care for the cats, especially if they require medical attention or special care.
