DESIGN THINKING & METHODOLOGY DESIGN

Who doesn't like cats? In Telkom University there are more than a hundred cats. Almost every students like cats. Everyone is so kind to them and the campus environment is so friendly that attract cats. Basically it's their home.
Sadly lots of cats in the university are sick. It's been long time already they are still in the same conditions. some students tried helping but that's very little for all of these cats in the university.
The presence of cats adds a sense of comfort and relaxation to the campus environment. Many students find the cats to be adorable and friendly, which helps to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Cats are known to have therapeutic effects on people, and their presence can help reduce stress and anxiety among students and staff. Interacting with cats can be a great way to take a break from academic pressures and relax.
Cats are important!
Sick cats are likely to suffer, and their illnesses can worsen without proper care. They might have contagious diseases that can spread among other cats, exacerbating the overall health issue in the feline community.
Some cat diseases can be transmitted to humans (zoonotic diseases). If sick cats are not isolated and treated, there is a risk of these illnesses spreading to people on campus, including students, faculty, and staff.
This is a mind map of the brainstorm process on the problem of sick cats in Telkom In this piece of art there are lots of data about cats from surveys, information about diseases and how it effects all of us inside Telkom And why cats are important and we need to see this as a problem. So basically with this mind mapping process we could find the key problem regarding this issue.
After Brainstorming with all the problems we found out the key problem is we don't have any organization and professionals.
After lots of brainstorming with the ideas we decided to design a clinic for the cats. So, they will get care from professionals. But, sadly we had very short time that is impossible to make the design for a whole clinic system. So, we decided to make create an student organization that will work for cats of Telkom University.
Also an application to make a bridge with the people of Telkom and the volunteers. Like this volunteers will get notified and bring the cats to the nearest clinic and take any kind of action to help the cats. Also, we realized we need to bring the cats to the hospital safely. So, we designed a product to carry cats. To make it unique bonus we made it multifunctional so it can be used as a temporary shelter for kittens
This is a scenario of a situation using the system to save a cat.
