TICKET INFORMATION

WILDCAT TICKET CENTER The Wildcat Ticket Center is located in the Teague Center during the week and at the Stadium on Gamedays. At the stadium the Wildcat Ticket Center is located the west side of the stadium, north of the Main Entrance. For football games, it opens three hours prior to kickoff and will remain open through halftime. For more information, please call the Wildcat Ticket Center at 325-674-2287..

DIGITAL TICKET DELIVERY FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS Due to the late changes in the ACU football schedule this season, we were unable to print season tickets and distribute them in a timely manner. Therefore, all season tickets will be activated digitally through your Wildcat Club account. • Go to the Wildcat Club Login HERE (https://tkt.xosn.com/tickets/BuyTickets.dbml?DB_

OEM_ID=33900) • Log in using your Wildcat Club/Neulion username and password. If you do not know, please email tickets@acu.edu or call 325-674-2287. • Go to “My Account” on top navigation bar (or upper left corner menu from mobile device). • Scroll down to find the game under the title

“My Tickets”. • Click the Green button – “Scan Mobile Tickets” Please log in in advance and confirm you can access the green button for your tickets. If you do not have access to a mobile device, please email us at tickets@acu.edu or call 325-674-2287. We will arrange for individual ticket pickup or reserve at Will Call for your convenience.

By choosing the print-at-home option, your tickets will be delivered immediately via email and you can avoid waiting in line on Gameday. Please visit acusports.com/tickets to purchase your tickets.

TICKET RESOLUTION Issues regarding tickets can be resolved at Wildcat Ticket Center on Gamedays, or by calling 325-674-CATS (2287) during normal business hours. For lost or misplaced tickets, ACU Athletics may re-issue a ticket(s) to the original purchaser of record for a fee, with photo ID, if the ticket has not been used for admission.

WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE AND COMPANION SEATING Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating are available at several areas in the stadium. Fans purchasing or exchanging a ticket for a wheelchair-accessible seat may purchase or exchange one seat for their companion as well.

WILL CALL AND PLAYER PASS LIST You must have a photo ID and sign for any tickets at Will Call. A photo ID also is necessary to receive admission through a player and visitor pass list. If your name does not appear on a pass list, you

must purchase a ticket for admission to the game.
