The Dragon’s Back gives nothing for free.

I didn’t catch his name, but watching him battle this trick over literal hours spoke volumes. One, it proves just how hard this thing is to skate. Homie got smoked many dozens of times (and mildly broke off on most of the rest), but he just kept getting up. This is the second more important thing: The make and the clip are a prize, but this resilience is skateboarding's real lesson as well as reward. Success only truly feels good if it comes relative to the fails. Neither taught, nor bought, but something you take with you the rest of your life. Lil' bruh went down in the dungeon and took that shit for himself.
