What is Ceedership?

CEEDership refers to the option for an individual to travel to another entity and have a ﬁrst hand experience at the entity to understand the different processes and procedures that are followed in the respective entity for exchanges management.

It helps the entity to get an understanding of the following aspects:

1. The quality of Customer Experience delivered by the host entity

2. The strength and effectiveness of the IR partnerships.

3. How to develop strategic plans and strengthen collaboration with the host entity

4. To address the current bottlenecks and have a solid wayforward for the partnership

By gaining these insights, the visiting entity can identify opportunities to enhance exchange performance and foster stronger partnerships for future collaboration

Ceedership at International Congress

This time since AIESEC in Sri Lanka is hosting the International Congress, we are opening CEEDership opportunities for different local entity heads and MCVPs for CEEDer campaigns in different cities and local entities that come under AIESEC in Sri Lanka.

This opportunity is only open for delegates who are registering and coming for InternationalCongress2025.

CEEDer would be having an expectation setting space with the operations vertical

CEEDer would be travelling to local entities before & after the IC2025

Every Entity the CEEDer travels to would host them for 1 day

The internal travel and stay expenses for the CEED from Colombo would be looked after by the respective Local Entity they would be travelling to

Important Points to be noted

The CEEDers need to ﬁll the form before 25th of May in order to book a slot for CEEDership at IC.

In case your slot gets conﬁrmed, you would be notiﬁed about the same from the ASL’s end.

The end decision of accepting/rejecting a delegate as a CEEDer lies with AIESEC in Sri Lanka.

Additional costs for the local tourist travel and food would not be covered by the local entities.
