The commercial complex in Vishrambagh is designed to be a cutting-edge hub of commerce and innovation that seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetics. With a focus on maximizing space utilization and creating a vibrant atmosphere, the complex boasts sleek modern architecture.

Comprising versatile retail spaces, contemporary office suites, and recreational spaces, the design fosters collaboration between two overlapping cantilever volumes giving the visitors a memorable experience.

The building is designed around an atrium and the facade has two envolope, glass wall and vertical louvers to allow filtered amount of llight.

Two urban Verandah on the North and East creates an enterance for retail and office respectively. The Artium Space at the GF is designed to be interactive with the visitors and provided with water Fountains and seating area.

The Floors upto 2nd Floor are mixed use spaces with retail stores, art gallery and food and beverages shops. 4th Floor is dedicated for Recreational space and the top two floors are office spaces.
