Project Name: Competition for the development of kiosks in Azbakeya at Ataba.
- Project .brief: The competition aims to develop a design for a group of 14 kiosks within the Azbakeya Park, provided that each contestant presents two models of the kiosks as follows:
VISION
The first model: kiosks suitable for selling books and reviving the idea of the Azbakeya wall for books and magazines. (area of 6 m).
• The second model: kiosks suitable for selling some products or refreshments, and they are located outside the boundaries of the park. (area of 7.5 m 2).
1- Book kiosk: 6m2 Concept: As "EL AZBAKYA WALL" is already a landmark, our vision is to focus on what makes it a landmark so we find the most important thing is the books. So we don't need the kiosk to obscure the view of books . So we focus on how we can visualize the maximum number of books without taking place outsideWALLS.We work on making a visual storage by making all the kiosk exterior with glass material to solve the problem of the outside tables and make it in the top to create an interaction area at the ground level.
