How to Use This Book

• Meals / Appetite: A quick note on what the child ate and how well they ate.
• Main Activities: A summary of the child’s play, learning, or participation.
• Teacher’s Notes: Space for daily observations about learning, behaviour, social interaction, or general well-being.
• Parents’ Notes: A section for families to share insights that may help teachers support the child, such as sleep, morning mood, family updates, or changes in routine.
At the beginning of this book, you’ll find a Contact Section where you can record emergency numbers and other important information. This ensures everything you need is always easy to find, right when you need it.
For Parents
